Product DescriptionTabular alumina is aluminum oxide that has been heated to temperatures above 1,650 °C (3,000 °F).Composed of tabletlike crystals, it has high heat capacity and thermal conductivity as well as exceptional strength and volume stability at high temperatures.It is possible to convert nearly 100% of the crystals and achieve extremely high chemical purity while maintaining the same hardness and density.It provides high temperature resistance, thermal and chemical stability, abrasion resistance, high mechanical strength and excellent shock resistance.
